Panel 1:
Matt holds a jacket closed in the night, staring seriously out into the world.
Matt (monologue): Strange thing happened today. Anthony Cook, age sixteen, normal boy, suddenly flying around on wings of light.
Panel 2:
Zoom out, Matt is standing at the corner of a building's roof.
Matt (monologue): Interesting. Very interesting. Have to look into it.
Panel 3:
Matt stands on the roof ledging and hurls his PS2 controller towards a streetlight.
Panel 4:
Matt swings!
Panel 5:
Matt jumps onto the next building.
Matt (monologue): Oh, I am SO AWESOME.
Panel 6:
Matt jumps from rooftop to rooftop.
Matt (singing in his head): I wear my suuunglasses at night!
Panel 7:
Matt peeks in through Tony's bedroom window, where he is sleeping. Mistaire is sleeping on the floor next to the bed.
Matt (monologue): DUUUDE he's got a girl in his room. Never knew Tony was a playa.




Oh man, okay, here's what happened. I read Watchmen like, RIGHT before this chapter was made, and it was all up in my head. I figured Matt would like the comic too and would possibly emulate Rorschach. But the problem is, I suck at it. And by extent, Matt sucks at it too. I mean, he probably WOULD suck at it, in-character, but the effect is just mass suckery all around. Also, Tony's got a Dragonball poster above his bed.
