Panel 1:
Pauline grins and cracks her knuckles as Tony and Mistaire prepare for battle. Tony powers into Laserhawk form and Mistaire sets her fists on fire.
Pauline: Well well! I was starting to think Matt was wrong about you!
Panel 2:
Zoom out to show the entire underground base, for some reason, as the three battle it out. Matt sits on a table and spectates.
Matt: Whoo!
Panel 3:
Reaction shot of Matt looking at the fight before him. You don't get to see the fight.
Matt: Daaaang, yo. Greenhair chick's got skillz.
Panel 4:
Pauline, holding Tony by one twitching hand, looks back at Mistaire, who is about to attack from behind.
Pauline: It's been a while since I've even seen any magic users in these parts.
Tony (mostly off-panel): owowow
Panel 5:
Pauline blows a raspberry and holds up a paper labeled 'protect.' A light bubble forms around her, blocking the fire Mistaire throws.
Pauline: I'm very lucky I still have some protection from it. Otherwise your trickity trick might've worked.
Tony (mostly off-panel): Tendons...snapping...
Panel 6:
Pauline smirks at Mistaire, then glances down at Tony, who is twisted on the floor.
Pauline: You're good though!
Mistaire: Rrrr...
Pauline: You, not so much.
Tony: I...I can't feel my scapula.
Lots of visual problems here. First, how do you portray an area that's surrounded in solid mass? You'll have to cut out parts of it. Then it looks just...weird. So I probably won't be drawing the entire underground base this way again. How do I draw a fight scene in a space this small? I don't, I do a reaction shot with Matt, who establishes Mistaire's hair color. How do I portray one person doing two actions in one panel? Very, very badly. That last panel should've been two panels.
